I think it should be compulsory the couple should consider the unborn children at least they would know what’s the right thing to do. I work in health care field and u gave seen so many sad cases where the couple regret having a shared life because of the inability to have a healthy baby .

I think it should be compulsory. That way there are no surprises in the future for either party. Plus, the unborn child deserves better than to have to be born with birth defects.

I think it should be made compulsory. If there is to know anything the couple will go into marriage with open eyes. They won’t feel cheated later on. Sheen.

I think it can be made compulsary…but if they are medically incompatible to some extent, they might still not want to separate, in which case we should not force them too much (parents can try convincing them though).
