First of all I would like to say excellent blog!
I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the
first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out
how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Cheers!

I read somewhere that particle content of toned milk gets reduced. So they add milk solids to make up for those ‘same’ level of protein and calcium.
This worries me a little.

Your data is interesting, but my experience tells me that double toned is all water and no real nutrients. A few days ago, I left half liter of this double toned milk on the gas on low flame to boil and while watching TV I got so engrossed that I forgot all about the milk. By the time I returned, the vessel was completely empty. The milk had all disappeared and left behind hardly anything to suggest its existence a few minutes ago…

I think it’s better to take curd or mishti doi from the mother dairy.

While writing blogs and comparing data, how can we forget to mention the quantity of sample data taken????? One packet of milk is given as reference. 1 packet of 250 ml, 500 ml, or 1 liter???
