Lets assume – Women (compared to men) have more problems in life; So what can be the cause?

Medically, Hemoglobin range for Woman is 12.0 to 15.5 whereas for Man it is 13.5 to 17.5.

Less Hemoglobin means less Iron in blood. In General, Iron in Woman is lesser than Man.

Iron is an important nutrient for brain.

But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?

  6. Please forgive me because your first reaction to my disent to your teaching about iron and women you are not going to appreciate it.

    You miss understand a key factor about health and nutition which most of the ‘experts’ in the world in these fields also miss. Therefore you are presenting harmful ideas. In order for Iron to be able to be used by the human body it must be in a chealated form. Most forms of iron promoted in the First world are not chelated and as such are harmful to humans in a very subtle way. It harms us but we fail to realize it does.

    Life is complicated and many various aspects of nutrition need to be understood when we form our diet. In the first world we glorify science which is more incorrect than it is correct. We worship modern medicine which does not draw its conclusions on good acurate objective science but follows popular trends amongst medical industry participants. Most of what is considered best is considered that because it gives Medical Doctors and the Medical profession unbridled wealth and power. Powerful financial interests use federal and state government power to make certain opinions ( which are not correct) the Law and wjat the ignorant gullible masses believe tto be the truth.
    This issue about Iron is a great example. So are the unsubstantiated ideas that whole grains are healthy which has been absolutely scientifically been priven false but has not been heard or learned by most.

    All seeds have phytic acid which makes them more harmful to the body than they are helpful. You must consume iron in chelated forms or it bevomes harmful to the human body. One thing large amounts of non chelated iron in the bidy does is create heart disesse, strokes and heart attacks. Kt is a fact that generally in the US women get heart disease about srven to ten years later tgan men do. This is because most irin in our diet is not chelated. Women fortunately lose some iron monthly through menstrstion. Thr himan body can chelate small amounts of non chelated iron but the rest of it eaten the body can’t use. It can’t get rid of it and it gradually buikds up in the blood and is the real cause of vascular disease whic brings heart attacks and strokes.
    Eating only chelated forms of iron is healthy. But our food syindustry doesn’t understand this. They are ignorant of it. So, we suffer the pangs of this as a society. It is so prevelent that the results give our scientists false truths resulting in greater harm to all of us.

    Research the topic of Chelation and educate yourself about it. Then your ideas can be helpful to others when they eat foods with chelated forms of iron and do not eat foods with iron that is not chelated.
    When a plant absorbs iron or any rock mimrral from the soil it surrounds the mineral with an organic compound that causes it to be chelated. Then when animals eat the green or brightly vmcolored plant leaves they get minerals in a form that are safe healthy because the body can use the minerals as they need to be used by the body.

    We should avoid most seeds unless they have been sprouted which releases the phytic acid. We must be careful how we create flour from sprouted grains or the phytic acid might remain in the flour amd still cause the priblem it can cause if present.
    Phytic acid a natural part of every seed prevents the eater of it from ever being able to use four key minerals within the body.
    It is insipidious and most experts in nutrition know nothing or trivialize the hatm it does. pasteurization of milk has proven to cUse much autism in the third generation of those consuming cooked milk. Yet in the US since 1930’s foolish persons have made pasturization the law. They renect thevtrue science and promote poor science for economic d
    Gain. Menges was correct about how to prevent TB. Pasture was incorrect. But Padture was followed ti our eventual harm in the First World.
    This scenario is repeated again and again in our first world culture to our harm.
    Do not blindly follow the crowd. Think and reason for yourself and be wise enough to challenge the manipulation of the masses by fools with an agenda to get rich out of it.
    Look at our channels on youtube and our bligs and get a glimpse oof alternative ideas tgat we are aware of. And do not go by what we say but dig deeper and let us know what yiu learn.
    How can it be that the disease YAWS still exists? Only because of the very ideas we shRe here in this document above.
